TV Debut for North Atlanta Agent:

The house is pristine, the cameras are set-up, and the interview begins...

Morris Residential Brokerage agent, Adam J. Morris (owner) was taped for the HGTV channel's program "What you get for the money" this past Fall. The show travels the country telling personal stories, investigating varied lifestyles and exploring communities while boldly answering the invasive question: "How much did that cost?"

Adam was approached by the producers of "What you get for the money" after he helped relocate clients from South Florida. His clients were so impressed with how much house you can actually get for $400,000 in the North Atlanta area that they contacted the show to showcase their own home. Their new home was featured on the same TV show, however, the producers needed a realtor who really knew North Atlanta area and could provide essential information for the episode as well as a sample home in the $700,000 range. Adam's clients proudly referred the producers to Adam.

Adam Morris was featured as the expert realtor for Georgia's North Atlanta area as well as gave the tour of a sample $700,000 home in the popular John's Creek residential area.

The sample home was a four-side brick, six bedroom/4.5 bath, traditional home in the Chatsworth Subdivision. The owners of the home were previous clients of Mr. Morris and Morris Residential Brokerage. Adam says that he chose to feature this home because it was "the perfect example of what people in the North Atlanta area strive for in the $700,000 range. It's a beautiful home on a picturesque lot with all the bells and whistles attached."

It is no surprise to Adam that people from all over the country move to the North Atlanta area. It is known as one of the best places in the country to raise a family, relative to the rest of the country you get A LOT for the money, you are close to a major city and all of the cultural aspects, you are close to one of the largest recreational man-made lakes in the U.S. , you are 30 minutes from the picture perfect North Georgia Mountains, from a consumer standpoint the retail shopping is phenomenal and boasts a low sales tax, wages are high and the cost of living is low, and everyone enjoys a mild climate with all four seasons.

"This is a booming real estate area and a lot of people are deciding to make a home here," according to Adam. Expect to see this episode of "What you get for the money" in late April-May.
